Diploma <\/strong> or equivalent certification (mandatory for those with Engineering or related degrees). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>At least <strong>10 years of experience <\/strong> in SH&#038;E, with a focus on <strong>supervision and leadership <\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven expertise in <strong>developing, implementing, and managing effective safety programs <\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comprehensive knowledge of <strong>UAE and international SH&#038;E regulations <\/strong> and compliance requirements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong <strong>analytical and
