cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. <\/li>\n<li>Increase the number of products per customer. <\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies to maximize portfolio growth while mitigating risk. <\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics for improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Use data analytics to identify high-potential clients and target them with personalized offers. <\/li>\n<li>Organize and participate in sales events to generate leads. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline for new business opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration and Support: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team across all areas. <\/li>\n<li>Follow line manager instructions and complete assigned tasks. <\/li>\n<li>Work in multiple locations as needed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements for Virtual Relationship Manager: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of anti-money laundering measures, compliance policies, and central bank regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate and ensure documentation compliance with organizational policies. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with risk monitoring, due diligence, and updating customer records in compliance with regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners. <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work in multiple locations based on business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ADIB policies and procedures is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adherence to line manager instructions and the ability to handle various tasks assigned
