In this role, you will be responsible for the <strong>accurate and timely processing of payroll <\/strong>, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. You&#8217;ll also act as a key liaison between HR and Finance, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle updates.<br \/><strong><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629:<br \/><\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with UAE statutory regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Manage onboarding tasks including creating employee codes, system access, and payroll setup. <\/li>\n<li>Calculate final settlements for leavers, including pro-rated salary, leave encashments, and reimbursements. <\/li>\n<li>Track and update internal transfers, promotions, and compensation changes. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized records for audit purposes, including payroll reports, timesheets, and approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure policy alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and labor law compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><strong><strong>Key Requirements:<br \/><\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably within the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with payroll management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE labor law and statutory payroll requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy, discretion, and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<br \/><\/strong><strong><strong>Why Join Us?<br \/><\/strong> <\/strong>This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail and ownership are valued.
