Binance is the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange <\/strong> by trading volume and user base. As a leader in blockchain and Web3 services, Binance is heavily regulated in many jurisdictions and continuously strengthens its compliance and risk management frameworks <\/strong>, especially in AML\/CTF. <\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities <\/strong> <\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Assist in designing and maintaining <\/strong> the Compliance Risk Management Program <\/strong>, with a focus on AML\/CTF EWRA <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Lead risk assessments in other compliance areas <\/strong> (e.g., sanctions <\/strong>, market abuse <\/strong>, anti-bribery & corruption <\/strong>). <\/li>\n
  • Partner with product and business units to assess risk impact of new and existing offerings <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain compliance control inventories <\/strong> and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Create, update, and monitor MI, KRIs, and RAS <\/strong> (Risk Appetite Statements). <\/li>\n
  • Drive horizon scanning <\/strong>, identifying regulatory developments relevant to compliance risk. <\/li>\n
  • \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or Finance. <\/li>\n
  • Certifications: <\/strong> Preferred \u2013 CAMS-RM <\/strong>, or any advanced compliance risk certificate <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> <\/li>\n
  • 5+ years in financial services compliance <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • 2+ years directly handling EWRA <\/strong> or compliance risk management <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Key Skills: <\/strong> <\/li>\n
  • Strong grasp of global AML\/CTF regulations <\/strong> and risk control frameworks <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Experience with data-driven risk analysis <\/strong>, metrics <\/strong>, \u0648 regulatory change management <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Excellent communicator; able to translate risk findings <\/strong> into executive summaries <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  • Comfortable working independently <\/strong> across global, fast-paced teams <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
