As an Account Manager <\/strong>, you will serve as the primary liaison between JD Logistics and key clients in the Middle East <\/strong> region. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, negotiating pricing and contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships <\/strong> to drive long-term success. <\/p>\n

Client Relationship Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers <\/strong> in client organizations. <\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships <\/strong>, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n
  • Understand client needs and provide customized logistics and supply chain solutions <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Business Development & Revenue Growth <\/strong> <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
    • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
    • Work closely with internal teams to provide clients with tailored service solutions <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Negotiation & Contract Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreements <\/strong> with clients. <\/li>\n
      • Ensure all agreements align with company goals and deliver profitable growth. <\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract execution and compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Market Analysis & Strategic Planning <\/strong> <\/p>\n

        • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Middle East logistics industry <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
        • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance JD Logistics\u2019 market positioning <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
        • \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0639\u0645 product development and operational improvements <\/strong> based on client feedback and market demands. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications & Skills <\/strong> <\/h3>\n

          • \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
          • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Minimum 3+ years of experience <\/strong> in account management, sales, or business development. <\/li>\n
            • Background in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or transportation <\/strong> is preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Skills & Knowledge: <\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management <\/strong> skills. <\/li>\n
              • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies <\/strong>. <\/li>\n
              • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Language: <\/strong>\n
