This is a full-time, on-site role, focused on high-end project sales in luxury building materials. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales growth. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and engage clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored presentations on our product offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Build a robust network within the design and construction industry to specify Casamia products for luxury projects. <\/li>\n<li>Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights to stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> Proven sales experience in luxury building materials such as <strong>sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, lighting, or other high-end finishes <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Knowledge: <\/strong> Familiarity with project sales processes, including specifying products for architects, consultants, and contractors. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Driving License: <\/strong> A valid UAE driving license is a must. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills: <\/strong> Proficiency in sales and project management, with exceptional communication and customer service skills. <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Passion: <\/strong> A strong interest in design and luxury products, with an ability to convey their value to clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Casamia, you\u2019ll be part of a team that brings dream spaces to life.
