The ideal candidate will implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety within the landscape maintenance and development teams. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0646\u0648\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u0629: <\/strong> \u062f\u0648\u0627\u0645 \u0643\u0627\u0645\u0644 <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures specific to landscape operations. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of landscapes and job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. <\/li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to landscape maintenance staff on safety practices, emergency procedures, and equipment usage. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements to prevent recurrence. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices in landscaping. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with management to develop HSE objectives and targets, ensuring alignment with company goals. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of HSE training, incidents, and compliance audits. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to health, safety, and environmental management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OHS Responsibilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all crew working under them, foreman, team leaders, gardeners etc. are aware of and work in accordance with the company HSE plan and client\u2019s HSE standards. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the work carried out by the workers and other related activities are per the safety regulation and client\u2019s standard. <\/li>\n<li>Implement a safe working culture and practice. <\/li>\n<li>Hold pre-job (Toolbox Talk) meetings before starting all types of risk-involved activities. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate all incidents and near-miss cases with the help of HSE Engineer. <\/li>\n<li>Give strict instructions to supervisors and team leaders in implementing HSE policy. <\/li>\n<li>Report to operations manager and HSE Engineer regarding all incidents and unsafe conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles\/plants\/equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate the necessary disciplinary measures for violation of safety procedures on site. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate changes to existing safety\/operation procedures if required. <\/li>\n<li>Attend audits, OSH meetings, and OSH committee meetings with OM and HSE Engineer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Managerial &#038; Leadership Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Meet with clients regularly to ensure work is carried out effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to perform in a site supervision role. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable of current landscape practices and how to best implement them on the project. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and team members. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor routine maintenance and progress on reported deficiencies to ensure that maintenance is of good standard. <\/li>\n<li>Resource management (manpower and materials). <\/li>\n<li>Management of suppliers of materials for timely delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Treat client\u2019s environment as if it were our own. <\/li>\n<li>Exceed client expectations to earn loyalty, trust, and referrals. <\/li>\n<li>Control and manage manpower, machinery, and material to achieve optimum efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Check and measure the performed work in their line of work. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience). <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in landscape or construction environments. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and practices. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct training sessions and safety presentations effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Must hold a UAE Driving License. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2-4 years maintenance experience is a must. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a must. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sustainable landscaping practices and environmental impact assessments. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0632\u0627\u064a\u0627: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive salary based on experience. <\/li>\n<li>Visa, health insurance, yearly air ticket, leave salary, gratuity as per UAE Labour Law. <\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement. <\/li>\n<li>Positive and supportive work environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Apply Now <\/h3>\n<p>Submit your details and profile to our HR department.
