Core Infrastructure &#8211; Banking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2447856<\/p>\n<p>A well established and growing FS institution in the UAE. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day operations across Windows, Linux, AIX, and AWS environments <\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop a cross-functional team of engineers responsible for infrastructure, storage, cloud, and security operations <\/li>\n<li>Oversee infrastructure services including virtualisation platforms, enterprise storage, backup solutions, and collaborate on network and security operations where required <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical banking systems, including DR drills and data replication testing <\/li>\n<li>Drive compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including patching, hardening, and lifecycle governance <\/li>\n<li>Prepare RFPs, evaluate proposals, and manage infrastructure-related procurement, budgeting, and vendor engagements <\/li>\n<li>Lead or support large-scale infrastructure initiatives such as data center upgrades, cloud integrations, system migrations, and service automation <\/li>\n<li>Promote best practices in infrastructure management and contribute to broader IT strategy and planning <\/li>\n<li>Foster team growth through performance reviews, skill development, and knowledge sharing <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing infrastructure in a regulated banking environment <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure environments, covering compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, and AWS platforms <\/li>\n<li>Experience with DR planning, IT risk management, security alignment, and SLA-driven service delivery <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects across multiple domains and technologies <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets within IT infrastructure <\/li>\n<li>GCC experience is required;
