Project Delivery <\/strong> \u2013 Lead the end-to-end delivery of GRC implementations and assessments, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. \u2013 Oversee the design and configuration of GRC platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, etc.). \u2013 Manage project budgets, timelines, staffing, and risk mitigation plans. <\/p>\n<p><strong>People Management &#038; Mentorship <\/strong> \u2013 Lead and mentor a team of GRC consultants, analysts, and project managers. \u2013 Build delivery capability through hiring, training, and performance management. \u2013 Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the GRC delivery team. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Client &#038; Stakeholder Engagement <\/strong> \u2013 Act as the senior delivery contact for strategic clients or business units. \u2013 Conduct stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and governance reviews. \u2013 Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Compliance &#038;
