Compliance Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2448970<\/p>\n<p>The client is a Multi-Billion $ Family Office. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Entity &#038; Fiduciary Oversight <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in SPV and entity lifecycle tasks: formation, renewals, and regulatory filings across UAE and offshore. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with third-party providers to gather documentation and status updates. <\/li>\n<li>Review and prepare written resolutions and board meeting minutes for each entity, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain fiduciary registers, governance records, and investment files, ensuring completeness and accuracy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Legal &#038; Compliance Support <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in drafting and reviewing fiduciary agreements, compliance notes, and regulatory submissions under guidance. <\/li>\n<li>Support KYC\/onboarding procedures, including FATCA, CRS, US tax forms, and LEI applications. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor deadlines; liaise with funds, administrators, and banks to ensure on-time filings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transactional &#038; Banking Operations <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collate and validate transaction inputs, prepare structure charts, and manage document workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Track deal progress via transaction trackers and maintain a full audit trail. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate bank account openings, mandate updates, digital access and LPOA administration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client &#038; Stakeholder Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary contact for the internal teams, and external advisors. <\/li>\n<li>Draft correspondence, meeting packs, and minutes; follow through on action items. <\/li>\n<li>Produce governance, compliance, and financial reports for management&#8217;s reviews. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Liaison &#038; Ad-Hoc Projects <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in providing legal\/administrative support to principals&#8217; private office and facilitating effective communication and coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Assist on special projects or research assignments as requested by senior leadership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budgeting &#038; Invoicing <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, reconcile, and log quarterly invoices from fiduciary and compliance service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Manage payment workflows in coordination with finance teams. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing annual service-provider budgets and monitor spending against forecasts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications &#038; Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Part-Qualified STEP or ICSA or any certifications in Compliance, a plus. <\/li>\n<li>2-3 years&#8217;
