Conduct periodic contract audits to verify compliance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration: <\/b><br \/>Work collaboratively with academic and administrative units to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely acquisition of equipment, services, IT systems, and materials. <\/li>\n<li><b>Shared Services and Government Coordination: <\/b><br \/>Collaborate with Shared Services and key areas (e.g., Sharjah Government Nurseries) to support integrated procurement planning and coordinated decision-making. <\/li>\n<li><b>Digital Procurement Systems: <\/b><br \/>Oversee ERP workflows, digital procurement systems, and e-procurement platforms to promote efficiency, automation, transparency, and data integrity. <\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Tracking and Reporting: <\/b><br \/>Develop and track procurement KPIs, dashboards, turnaround times, supplier reliability metrics, cost savings, and workflow performance for executive reporting. <\/li>\n<li><b>Sustainable and Ethical Procurement: <\/b><br \/>Integrate sustainability, environmental considerations, and ethical sourcing principles into procurement decisions and supplier evaluations. <\/li>\n<li><b>Business Continuity and Risk Management: <\/b><br \/>Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks, ensure operational readiness, and maintain business continuity. <\/li>\n<li><b>Executive and Audit Reporting: <\/b><br \/>Prepare procurement dashboards, financial summaries, and risk reports for senior leadership, audit committees, and governing bodies. <\/li>\n<li><b>Regulatory Compliance: <\/b><br \/>Ensure all procurement practices adhere to UAE Federal and Sharjah Government procurement regulations and audit requirements. <\/li>\n<li><b>Budgeting and Financial Oversight: <\/b><br \/>Oversee procurement budgeting, expenditure review, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility. <\/li>\n<li><b>Leadership and Team Development: <\/b><br \/>Lead, mentor, and develop procurement staff, promoting excellence, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li><b>Representation and Advocacy: <\/b><br \/>Represent SEA\u2019s Procurement Department in executive committees, audits, institutional planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>12\u201315 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or commercial operations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in public-sector, government, or higher-education procurement is highly advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in competitive tendering, strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and procurement compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and workflow automation tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills with experience managing high-value and high-risk procurement portfolios. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills;
