This role involves spearheading the implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business operations, and optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, technical proficiency, and a strategic mindset to drive success in this mission-critical implementation. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Oil modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>detailed business requirement gathering <\/strong>, analyze current processes, and recommend SAP IS-Oil solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. <\/li>\n<li>Design and develop <strong>customized SAP IS-Oil solutions <\/strong>, leveraging best practices to optimize business operations within the oil and gas industry. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Configure and customize <\/strong> SAP IS-Oil modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems such as MM, SD, FICO, and PM. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>comprehensive functional and technical testing <\/strong>, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure seamless deployment. <\/li>\n<li>Provide subject matter expertise on SAP IS-Oil functionalities, including Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), Tariffs and Pricing, Exchanges, and Supply Chain Optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP IS-Oil solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the technical team to design and develop custom enhancements when necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Lead <strong>end-user training sessions and documentation development <\/strong> to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of SAP solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>trusted advisor <\/strong> to senior management, offering strategic recommendations for SAP IS-Oil enhancements and business process improvements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Expertise &#038; Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>15+ years of SAP experience <\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>SAP IS-Oil <\/strong> solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of <strong>at least 3 full-cycle SAP IS-Oil implementations <\/strong> in large-scale enterprises, preferably within the oil and gas sector. <\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in SAP IS-Oil functionalities, including: <\/li>\n<li><strong>Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM) <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Exchanges and Secondary Distribution <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Tariffs and Pricing <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Supply Chain Management <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Downstream Logistics <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Contract and Shipment Management <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SAP modules that integrate with IS-Oil, such as SAP MM, SD, FICO, and PM. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with <strong>SAP S\/4HANA <\/strong> is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design tailored to the oil and gas industry. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?
