The ideal candidate shall have over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of working in the Wealth Management domain. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.<br \/><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights and recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in business processes. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus. <\/li>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. <\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to end-users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Wealth Management. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Technical expertise in data analysis, SQL, and other relevant tools. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0641\u0636\u0644\u0629<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Agile methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of financial software and systems. <\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience in applications like Advent, Prospero.
