A leader in solar and renewable energy in our growing commercial solar division in UAE.<\/p>\n<p>As Business Development Manager, you will define the strategic goals, establish key customer relationships, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate and close commercial agreements, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of current and future market conditions. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities <\/strong><br \/>\u25ba Create a healthy sales pipeline by developing new opportunities and managing existing customers<br \/>\u25ba Raise customer awareness about Photon Energy&#8217;s solar energy solutions<br \/>\u25ba Achieved and exceeded gross profit targets<br \/>\u25ba Work closely with the marketing team to provide continuous feedback on lead generation strategies<br \/>\u25ba Monitor market developments to identify sales trends and new business opportunities<br \/>\u25ba Drive profitable customer growth through innovative energy solutions. This includes identifying, researching, evaluating, creating and delivering business opportunities that deliver value to both Photon and its customers.<br \/>\u25ba Create and maintain networks and relationships, protecting Photon&#8217;s interests with key stakeholders<br \/>\u25ba Lead customers in commercial evaluation<br \/>\u25ba Manage the entire sales cycle, from developing opportunity sources, building relationships with prospects, developing win-win solutions, and managing ongoing relationships as way is the main sponsor of the project.<br \/>\u25ba Complete periodic sales forecasts and reports <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Attributes <\/strong><br \/>\u25ba Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B position.
