Strategy and Planning <\/b><br \/>Develop and manage the implementation and update of the section related policy, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals and standard forms, and ensure compliance with ADAA\u2019s overall policies and procedures.<br \/>\u2022 Develop and manage the implementation, and update of the section\u2019s responsibilities, budget, procurement, and operational plans ensuring alignment with the department and sector\u2019s strategy and objectives, and ADAA\u2019s mission and vision.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure effective cascading of the department and sector\u2019 strategy and objectives, and ADAA\u2019s vision into the section\u2019s strategic, budget and procurement, and operational plans to achieve ADAA\u2019s overall objectives.<br \/>\u2022 Develop the section\u2019s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with ADAA\u2019s overall objectives and ensure individual KPIs are met to improve efficiency and effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li><b>B. Operations <\/b><br \/>Develop and manage the implementation of ADAA\u2019s Corporate Communications plan in line with the ADAA strategic plan.<br \/>\u2022 Manage and lead the preparation of the annual communication plan in cooperation with the media operations section and relevant ADAA\u2019s organisational units, including occasions, events, awareness campaigns, and media coverage of these events.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the development of crisis communication plan in collaboration with Business Continuity section in order to provide clear and consistent direction to all employees and ensure business continuity during emergency\/disaster.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the public relations of ADAA to ensure all media coverage and publicity promote the Authority\u2019s mission and vision statement.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the strategic communications policy in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, and ensure their effective implementation.<br \/>\u2022 Manage relevant communication channels and digital media platforms to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are updated timely and accurately.<br \/>\u2022 Establish and strengthen ADAA\u2019s brand identity in all forms of official communications ensuring alignment with the ADAA\u2019s branding standards.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the maintenance and enhancement of ADAA&#8217;s digital media platforms (layout, visual appearance, usability, etc.) and provide recommendations in cooperation and collaboration with IT Department and Media operations section.<br \/>\u2022 Manage collaboration with local media for reputation management and tactical reporting; handles complaints if any.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the maintenance, monitoring and update of ADAA\u2019s internal website to ensure that all employees are aware of the latest developments within the Authority.<br \/>\u2022 Assess various types and sources of internal communications and recommend the best program and practices that meets the ADAA\u2019s needs.<br \/>\u2022 Oversee all events, exhibitions, meetings, ceremonies, etc. to ensure smooth execution of activities and adherence to ADAA standards and guidelines.<br \/>\u2022 Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management through the utilization of appropriate communication platforms.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the production of high-quality communication materials to key stakeholders to ensure that all official documents\/publications are well laid-out in terms of design, artwork, printing, and publication.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the media presence of leaders and officials through continuous coordination and communication with media agencies and media professionals. <\/li>\n<li><b>C. Talent Management and Development <\/b><br \/>Manage the effective achievement of assigned section operational goals through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance within the section, and developing and motivating the team to maximize performance. \u2022 Monitor a section\u2019s training plan to ensure that the team attends all trainings and development activities required for the role for continuous performance improvements. \u2022 Conduct performance evaluation of subordinates against KPIs by monitoring individual performance, reviewing progress reports, recommending corrective actions, and providing overall assessment to support the achievement of ADAA\u2019s overall objectives.<br \/>\u2022 Manage team workload within the section through the appropriate delegation of work.<br \/>\u2022 Motivate subordinates, especially focusing on developing capabilities of UAE National employees, to develop a motivated and high-performance team. <\/li>\n<li><b>D. Corporate <\/b><br \/>Ensure employee adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures and guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety etc.) within the assigned section.<br \/>\u2022 Manage and review section\u2019s related correspondence such as e-mails, memos, and letters to ensure professionalism, completeness and accuracy of information.<br \/>\u2022 Manage the retention, documentation, preservation, and archive of section\u2019s related physical and electronic records in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.<br \/>\u2022 Manage any section related queries and ensure that required response and support are provided to relevant ADAA\u2019s organizational units and employees as and when required.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure relevant technologies used within ADAA are utilized by employees in order to optimize work efficiency.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure compliance with ADAA\u2019s values, Code of Business Conduct and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the Authority.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure the implementation of the relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures, in the performance of duties within the assigned section.<br \/>\u2022 Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.<br \/>\u2022 Ensure that all reports are prepared accurately, submitted timely and meet ADAA requirements and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li><b>E.
