\u2022 Assist in the development, implementation, and update of the section related policy, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals, and standard forms, ensuring alignment with ADAA\u2019s overall policies and procedures.
\u2022 Assist in the development, implementation, and update of the section\u2019s strategic, budget and procurement, and operational plans, ensuring alignment with the department and sector\u2019s strategy and objectives, and ADAA\u2019s mission and vision.
\u2022 Ensure to meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness. <\/li>\n
IT Governance and Strategy: <\/b>
\u2022 Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures and operational standards for IT Infrastructure in accordance with industry\u2019s best practices and implement across ADAA to achieve maximum efficiencies and synergies in IT applications.
\u2022 Assist in maintaining, monitoring and updating all applications, projects documentations, user and admin manuals and guidelines to ensure up-to-date and easy accessibility of information.
IT Enterprise Application: <\/b>
\u2022 Assist in developing smart technical solutions and applications that will facilitate and enhance ADAA\u2019s operations.
\u2022 Assist in maintaining, monitoring and updating the systems, programs and applications to ensure their efficiency and sustainability.
\u2022 Assist in the end-to-end application implementation including but not limited to requirements specifications, workflow planning, testing, and pre and post live implementation support and ensure alignment with the defined parameters.
\u2022 Assist in the several in-house on-going projects to support business requirements.
\u2022 Assist in implementing effective measures for data integrity, security, and access control to ensure data confidentiality and protection in accordance with information security standards.
\u2022 Assist in conducting blueprint\/process workshops for architecture and application design processes, and documenting gaps between requirements and system capabilities.
\u2022 Assist in evaluating the selection of enterprise solution options based on cost, quality, and technical specification parameters for review and approval. <\/li>\n
\u2022 Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs in order to keep current with job requirements and ensure continuous performance improvements.
\u2022 Obtain timely performance review assessments for midyear and annual performance review and ensure to meet the set KPIs.
\u2022 Keep current with updated information relevant to the role to ensure standard performance level is achieved.
\u2022 Contribute to knowledge dissemination\/sharing to build internal capabilities of the team and maximize their effective performance.
\u2022 Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in line with the objectives of the Authority and its Emiratization strategy. <\/li>\n
\u2022 Ensure adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures and guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety, etc.).
\u2022 Prepare section\u2019s related correspondence such as e-mails, memos, and letters to ensure professionalism, completeness and accuracy of information.
\u2022 Retain, document, preserve, and archive section\u2019s related physical and electronic records in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
\u2022 Respond to any section related queries and provide required support to relevant ADAA\u2019s organizational units and employees as and when required.
\u2022 Utilize relevant technologies used within ADAA in order to optimize work efficiency.
\u2022 Demonstrate compliance with ADAA\u2019s values, Code of Business Conduct and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the Authority.
\u2022 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
\u2022 Contribute to the preparation and submission of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, and quality standards.
\u2022 Co-operate in the implementation of the relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures, in the performance of duties. <\/li>\n
\u2022 The level of performance should reflect the academic qualification, type of courses in the field of specialization, employee job level, and the level of productivity.
\u2022 The academic and professional certificates required and approved by ADAA should be acquired within the period specified and based on the employee\u2019s Individual Development Plan.
\u2022 Perform the task and responsibilities independently unless an approval or directive was obtained to delegate the task to other employees in case of incapability to perform the tasks and responsibilities.
