The responsibilities include data entry, coordination with vendors, auditing, reporting, and various HR projects. The ability to execute a number of Global Mobility initiatives provides the Coordinator with a broad experience in developing their own HR and immigration knowledge and know-how. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility, based in London, UK.<br \/><strong>What Will You Be Doing?<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate the collection and processing of personal and government documentation from current associates and new starters for the purpose of obtaining and renewing various immigration statuses, (e.g., Work Permits, Resident Permits, IDs, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for all immigration related personnel processes from entry to exit <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a real time database of associate files <\/li>\n<li>Partner with vendors to help ensure all project timelines are met <\/li>\n<li>Partner with associates and internal customers to help ensure all associates maintain 100% legal compliance regarding their right to work <\/li>\n<li>Advising and supporting associates and stakeholders on all issues related to local immigration processes, requirements and timelines <\/li>\n<li>Supports Home Office with research on local laws, customs, cultural initiatives, and transition for expatriates moving into multiple countries <\/li>\n<li>Vendor set-ups and management of company accounts and invoices <\/li>\n<li>Partners with other departments on related projects as needed <\/li>\n<li>Assist with various Human Resources related administrative tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Do You Need To Bring?<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emirati National <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or related experience. Degree in Business Administration preferred <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both Arabic and English <\/li>\n<li>One to two years of Global Mobility experience preferred <\/li>\n<li>Ideally proficient in home and host country laws pertaining to immigration <\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization and project execution skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to research and resolve problems with very minimal turnaround time <\/li>\n<li>Must be able to meet critical deadlines <\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Company<br \/><\/strong>Abercrombie &#038; Fitch Co.
