\u064a\u0639\u062f \u0628\u0631\u0646\u0627\u0645\u062c Strategy & Growth Expert <\/b>will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and transformation programs that align with the company\u2019s long-term goals. This role will work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic priorities are effectively executed, governed, and monitored for impact.<\/p>\n

Strategic Planning & Governance <\/b>
<\/h3>\n

Lead the annual strategic project portfolio planning and approval process in alignment with Board directives, ExCo guidance, and business unit input.<\/p>\n

Oversee the portfolio of strategic and operational transformation projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.<\/p>\n

Establish governance frameworks for large-scale CAPEX projects to ensure process discipline, visibility, and timely cross-functional support.<\/p>\n

Project Management & Delivery <\/b>
<\/h3>\n

Develop and implement enterprise-wide PMO standards, methodologies, and tools across both agile and traditional delivery approaches.<\/p>\n

Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reports for senior management.<\/p>\n

Ensure proper project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.<\/p>\n

Conduct project close-out meetings, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.<\/p>\n

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration <\/b>
<\/h3>\n

Work collaboratively with business unit heads, plant managers, and functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.<\/p>\n

Serve as a liaison between the PMO, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.<\/p>\n

Facilitate issue resolution and cross-functional integration of transformation efforts.<\/p>\n

Organizational Development <\/b>
<\/h3>\n

Lead change management initiatives including communication and sustainability planning.<\/p>\n

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project managers, analysts, and support staff.<\/p>\n

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and innovation in tools and practices.<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).<\/li>\n
  • MBA from a top-tier business school (mandatory).<\/li>\n
  • Min 8-12 years of total experience, including corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategy and transformation programs.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with CAPEX governance and PMO operations in a complex, matrix organization.<\/li>\n
  • Industry experience in steel or manufacturing is strongly preferred but may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
