Join our dynamic team as the Fleet Manager, overseeing the operational heartbeat of our digital car rental platform. Responsible for the strategic management of our vehicle fleet, your role will involve optimizing vehicle utilization, ensuring maintenance standards, and implementing efficiency measures. As a key player, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of our fleet, fostering growth and success in the ever-evolving landscape of mobility <\/p>\n
\u2022 Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of the transportation and maintenance of fleet with the involvement of external suppliers, including: washing, maintenance and repairs;
\u2022 Develop, and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure that car workshops are properly managed to ensure that our vehicles are ready for rent;
\u2022 Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives;
\u2022 Manage revenue and expense goals, day-to-day operations and the continued development and advancement of staff;
\u2022 Ensure that vehicles are operated efficiently;
\u2022 Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure car workshop managers provide quality regular reports, and provide regular updates to the CEO and the CFO);
\u2022 Installation and monitoring of telematics equipment ;
\u2022 Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices to ensure uniform performance throughout the company;
\u2022 Working knowledge of data analysis and performance\/operation metrics;
\u2022 Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
\u2022 Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
\u2022 Hire, train, motivate, direct, coach, evaluate and retain high performers at every level; and
\u2022 Take charge in high-priority crises;
\u2022 Must be able to work sometimes during weekends, evenings and holidays;
\u2022 Strong computer skills required. <\/p>\n
