Governance <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop ESG framework, policies, and plans for all assets and facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Manage Environmental, CSR, and Green Building standards, including LEED or equivalent certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve net zero initiatives and maintain accreditations. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor energy consumption and carbon footprint at key locations. <\/li>\n<li>Track and manage scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, providing consumption analysis and evidence. <\/li>\n<li>Support ESG audits and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Support Partnerships, PR, and communications for ESG initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and managing budgets for sustainability projects and assets. <\/li>\n<li>Track budget vs. actual spending to ensure financial stability. <\/li>\n<li>Support RFP and BRD preparation for sustainability projects. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with procurement to select vendors with strong sustainability practices. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct SWOT analysis for sustainability contracts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Asset &#038;
