This role is pivotal in transforming Bitunix into a globally recognized user\u2011centric and emotionally resonant brand within the cryptocurrency exchange space. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital finance combined with a passion for building communities and delivering impactful marketing initiatives. A key focus of the role will be to enhance branding across both online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high\u2011impact presence in every user interaction. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and evolution of Bitunixs global brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company\u2019s long\u2011term vision and core values. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and voice across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels. <\/li>\n<li>Craft a compelling and emotionally engaging brand narrative that resonates with a global audience from first\u2011time crypto users to experienced traders. <\/li>\n<li>Champion a user\u2011centric approach to branding and marketing, ensuring that all strategies are grounded in community needs and insights. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with higher management as well as cross\u2011functional teams\u2014including product, growth, design, and customer support\u2014to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Localize and adapt brand strategies to suit different geographic markets, taking into account cultural nuances, regulatory environments, and user behaviors. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze brand performance through key metrics and customer feedback, using insights to continuously refine and optimize brand strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and inspire internal teams and external partners to deliver world\u2011class creative output that reflects the Bitunix brand. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of strategic agility and continuous improvement, enabling the brand to respond effectively to emerging trends in the digital finance and crypto space. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing leadership, or related roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or high\u2011growth tech companies. <\/li>\n<li>Proven success in building and scaling global brands with strong emotional resonance. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in community\u2011driven and digital\u2011first marketing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross\u2011functional teams and external creative agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of the crypto\/web3 ecosystem and its culture. <\/li>\n<li>Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
