Procedures as applicable. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Purchase Orders: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuing accuracy of the customers LPO\u2019s and contacting the concerned salesperson to sort out any discrepancies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coordinating all pre purchase order activities from the time the ORF is needed until the PO is issued. <\/p>\n<p>Ensuring PO are issued immediately for all non-stock items for created sales orders. <\/p>\n<p>Reporting the current status of all pending\/critical PO\u2019s to the concerned Business Unit Manager and Procurement &#038; Logistics Manager. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively following up on the progress of PO\u2019s with applicable vendors to obtain confirmation of deliveries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparing Sales Orders in line with the Zahrawi\u2019s checklist. <\/p>\n<p>Ensuring all FOC sales orders have the Business Unit Manager\/Division Manager\u2019s approvals. <\/p>\n<p>Maintaining a sales log for LWF orders received and updating it on Zahrawi\u2019s ERP system when the LPO is received. <\/p>\n<p>Helping the Sales team improve their productivity by providing a variety of support services to ensure maximum work efficiency. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiating contact with vendors to check for availability, supply, shipments and all other related activities. <\/li>\n<li>Responding to vendors about any purchase order changes or cancellations. <\/li>\n<li>Investigating any discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues with vendors and assisting the Sales team in finding a solution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparing and reviewing vendor order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and that all the conditions are met. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Administrative Responsibilities: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Identifying any problems and addressing them to the team leader. <\/p>\n<p>Responsible for effectively presenting information and responding to questions from colleagues <\/p>\n<p>Providing support and assistance to fellow team members\/departments, as and when needed to meet company\/department goals. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for proper and effective business correspondence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa <\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be based in the Bahrain <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong>3 &#8211;
