Experience Required: 6 months \u2013 4 years in forex\/CFD\/Binary Options sales (retention) <\/p>\n

\u2022 Engage with existing funded clients to increase trading activity and retention. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Build long-term relationships through consultative and proactive account management. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide market updates, analysis, and support on trading platforms and tools. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Upsell services and promote trading advantages to active clients. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Handle objections, resolve queries, and maximize client lifetime value. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets. <\/p>\n
Must-Have Skills: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Forex industry experience in retention\/client handling is mandatory. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required). <\/p>\n
\u2022 Understanding of trading instruments: forex, commodities, indices, and crypto. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Target-driven mindset with a passion for performance-based growth. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Familiar with trading platforms (MT4\/MT5) and CRM tools. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to handle pressure in a high-performance sales environment. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Multi-lingual skills (Arabic, Spanish, French, or Hindi) are a strong plus. <\/p>\n
