We&#8217;re now seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead our high-performing paid media initiatives and accelerate lead generation across multiple platforms.<br \/><strong>Role Overview<br \/><\/strong>As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you&#8217;ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-conversion performance campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid platforms. You&#8217;ll play a key role in generating quality leads for Dubai&#8217;s real estate market, managing large-scale budgets, and working closely with internal teams to align marketing performance with business goals.<br \/><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<br \/><\/strong>Leadership &#038; Strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Bing Ads <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, web development, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business objectives <\/li>\n<li>Drive full-funnel performance marketing initiatives focused on ROI, lead quality, and conversion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Campaign Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns with a focus on CPL, ROAS, lead-to-sale ratio, and revenue contribution <\/li>\n<li>Build and manage performance-driven funnels using landing pages, instant forms, WhatsApp flows, and remarketing strategies <\/li>\n<li>Execute A\/B tests, refine ad copy and audience segments, and improve conversion rates through continuous optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Branding &#038; Positioning<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategic messaging and USPs for off-plan and ready property launches <\/li>\n<li>Create high-impact ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams, ensuring consistency with brand tone in both English and Arabic <\/li>\n<li>Analytics &#038; Automation <\/li>\n<li>Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other analytics platforms <\/li>\n<li>Build automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Twilio, and Voximplant to enhance lead routing and qualification <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and present actionable insights to stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Market Intelligence &#038; Compliance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads policies, and emerging marketing technologies <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tools &#038; Platforms<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager <\/li>\n<li>Ad Platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager <\/li>\n<li>Automation: Zapier, Make, Voximplant, Twilio <\/li>\n<li>Analytics Tools: Semrush, AI-based reporting tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in paid search, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate sector <\/li>\n<li>Proven success in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations <\/li>\n<li>Experience in campaign automation and advanced retargeting strategies is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic decisions <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
