{"id":49702,"date":"2025-11-15T12:42:19","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/project-engineer-noc-coordination\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:42:20","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:42:20","slug":"project-engineer-noc-coordination","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/project-engineer-noc-coordination\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Engineer &#8211; NOC Coordination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2467592<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permit &#038; NOC Coordination:\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit applications for permits and NOCs to relevant authorities (e.g. ADM ADSSC ADDC DOT Civil Defense). <\/li>\n<li>Track and follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and internal teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority comments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Construction Engineering Support:\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with site teams to align construction activities with approved permits and authority requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical input during the planning and execution phases to ensure compliance with local regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving site issues related to authority inspections or permit conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Documentation &#038; Reporting:\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain organized records of all permit and NOC applications approvals and correspondence. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare formal letters and official communications with government bodies. <\/li>\n<li>Generate regular status reports for internal stakeholders on permit progress and risks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement:\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the liaison between the project team and government authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and site inspections as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear and timely communication across all involved parties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of local authority requirements and construction regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent coordination and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office <\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation and report-writing abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. <\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in construction engineering with direct involvement in permit and NOC processes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working on mixed-use developments in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority procedures and portals is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work cooperatively with others a great team player. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of this work. <\/li>\n<li>Must have a validUAE Driving License <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Additional Information : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>We believe our employees are key to our success hence we offer an inspiring working environment where our people feel rewarded &#038; engaged.
