The goal is to enhance product penetration and support ADIB\u2019s strategic cross-sell initiatives. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities of the role: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Wholesale Banking Group and other stakeholders on new and existing corporate clients in portfolio under management and scope business potential. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to promote ADIB\u2019s Retail products and services. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends. <\/li>\n<li>Track and manage the entire contract and agreement process, ensuring timely conversion and fulfillment of client expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, and other key performance indicators to monitor progress and inform strategic decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously promote ADIB\u2019s products and services, anticipating and addressing potential client objections and concerns. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Results Required: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide market intelligence on key competitors to ensure competitive propositions and packages. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored propositions that meet client needs while adhering to Islamic banking principles. <\/li>\n<li>Increase key product penetration within the assigned portfolio and channel leads to tagged teams through the Lead Management team. <\/li>\n<li>Provide employees of corporates in the portfolio with superior service and swift lead conversion (within TAT), in coordination with Customer Excellence team. <\/li>\n<li>Address and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. <\/li>\n<li>Propose campaigns, identify opportunities to increase product penetration, and suggest policy enhancements relevant to the portfolio\/employer. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for long-term partnerships aligned with the bank\u2019s objectives and values. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specialist Skills \/ Technical Knowledge Required: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in banking. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in customer support, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of market dynamics, especially within Islamic banking. <\/li>\n<li>Strong rapport-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership abilities with a track record of driving business growth. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or related field; a master\u2019s degree or certifications in Islamic finance are a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Info <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Identification: 2778 <\/li>\n<li>Location: Abu Dhabi, Al Rowdah, Shk Rashid Bin Saeed St. 313, ADIB New Headquarters Branch, Sh.
