This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of Twitter\/X growth, thrives in a fast\u2011paced environment, and can deliver results with minimal oversight. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be responsible for implementing and managing our proven playbook for posting, engagement, spaces, and audience growth, working closely with the CMO and the broader marketing team to make Twitter\/X a high\u2011impact acquisition and community channel. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<h3>Platform Growth &#038; Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully own the posting, engagement, and growth strategy for Twitter\/X, following the company\u2019s established playbook. <\/li>\n<li>Execute \u201cinitiation\u201d campaigns for new content, ensuring immediate high\u2011value engagement within 5 minutes of posting. <\/li>\n<li>Deploy \u201cboost\u201d campaigns monthly with fresh pinned threads and video content to sustain algorithmic strength. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent posting frequency (minimum once every 48 hours, maximum once every 24 hours) with media\u2011rich posts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Community Engagement &#038; Spaces <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Host and coordinate at least two Twitter Spaces per month with reputable industry guests. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure at least two major supporters attend each Space as speakers (even if not speaking) to maximise reach through audience notifications. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with high\u2011value accounts daily, proactively replying to relevant content to attract organic growth. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and rotate ambassador groups for regional reach and campaign support. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Content Standards &#038; Brand Consistency <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all posts are meaningful, brand\u2011aligned, and add value to the audience. <\/li>\n<li>Work with the visual content creator to produce engaging threads, videos, and visuals optimised for Twitter\/X performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Tracking &#038; Optimisation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor analytics and KPIs for follower growth, engagement rates, and referral traffic. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously test and refine content and engagement strategies to maximise results. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Based in Dubai with proven Twitter\/X growth experience. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, and fintech communities. <\/li>\n<li>Track record of hosting\/managing live audio events (Twitter Spaces or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in building and engaging relevant, high\u2011quality audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Us: <\/h3>\n<p>CoinTerminal is the world\u2019s only free-access cryptocurrency launchpad, trusted by over 620k+ users.
