Job Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

  1. Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services. <\/li>\n
  2. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs. <\/li>\n
  3. Achieving the sales target and focusing on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques. <\/li>\n
  4. Focusing on upselling\/cross-selling. <\/li>\n
  5. Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long-term brand loyalty. <\/li>\n
  6. Handling new launches, promotion of products, and visual merchandising. <\/li>\n
  7. Ensuring stock replenishment at all times. <\/li>\n
  8. Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays. <\/li>\n
  9. Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback. <\/li>\n
  10. Coordinating with customer care center for after-sales service. <\/li>\n
  11. Generating daily sales reports. <\/li>\n
  12. Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Selling experience of at least 2 years, preferably in high-end segment in retail, hospitality, or brands. <\/li>\n
