Maintain the proper chemical balance for the pool. <\/p>\n<p>Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain pool equipment, identifying and repairing any faults or issues. Replace defective or old parts as needed. <\/p>\n<p>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including water quality tests, repairs, and chemical usage. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Authority <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Authorized to execute works within the common areas as assigned by the team leader or department head against a work order. <\/p>\n<p>Authorized to request\/collect material from stores for the execution of works against a work order. <\/p>\n<p>Authorized to enter plant rooms and areas that are not restricted by client &#038; within the scope of FARNEK. <\/p>\n<p>Not authorized to liaise with client staff. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills Required: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have basic knowledge of MECH controls and components. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to use and interpret tools, measurements, and readings. <\/li>\n<li>Able to conduct performance checks, interpret results, and propose corrective actions to Team Leader. <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on skills in problem diagnosis. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. <\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of applicable standards and codes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in asset condition verification. <\/li>\n<li>Positive and proactive attitude, bringing innovative ideas for improvement of operations (energy, risk, and safety). <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle and face customers\/end-users. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Degree Holder. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Swimming pool equipment Operations &#038;
