As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable bar experience. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and comply with all safety and responsible alcohol service standards. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong mixology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner <\/li>\n<li>Create classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences <\/li>\n<li>Take drink orders and serve guests at the bar and in the dining area when required <\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and utensils <\/li>\n<li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed <\/li>\n<li>Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations at all times <\/li>\n<li>Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and upsell beverages and promotions <\/li>\n<li>Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines consistently <\/li>\n<li>Process payments and operate the POS system accurately <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude <\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment <\/li>\n<li>Professional appearance, positive energy, and strong teamwork skills <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays <\/li>\n<li>Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is an advantage <\/li>\n<li>Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus <\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent;
