Income Auditor Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

  1. Audit the daily night audit for accuracy and completeness. <\/li>\n
  2. Distribute work to appropriate accounting staff. <\/li>\n
  3. Spread all miscellaneous waiting accounts and process in the computer. <\/li>\n
  4. Prepare daily sales reports and weekly sales reports for the Controller. <\/li>\n
  5. Maintain filing systems for daily information such as registration cards, credit cards, restaurant charges, promotional tickets, coupons, zero\/cash folios, etc. <\/li>\n
  6. Control restaurant guest checks and issue outlet guest cheques upon request. <\/li>\n
  7. Track all banquet tickets and maintain an inventory of guest checks. <\/li>\n
  8. Prepare period end closing reports and reconcile garage and miscellaneous revenues. <\/li>\n
  9. Complete forecast accuracy reports for rooms, guests, and food & beverage outlets. <\/li>\n
  10. Assist in month-end storeroom physical inventory. <\/li>\n
  11. Generate reports to support management decision-making and evaluate work activities. <\/li>\n
  12. Prepare all relevant period closing reports and entries. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
