Drives the American Hospital Dubai&#8217;s ambulance safely and professionally. Assists the Paramedic in lifting the patient into and out of the Ambulance. Maintains the Ambulance\u2019s inventory and conducts daily ambulance mechanical checks. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Answers phone calls politely and professionally using proper telephone etiquette. <\/li>\n<li>Adheres to the hospital policy HPP-206 \u201cIdentification of Patient\u201d. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the work area is kept clean and organized at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Operates the Ambulance safely and in accordance with regulations from Police Department Policies, Road Transport Authority (RTA), and Dubai Corporation of Ambulance Services (DCAS). <\/li>\n<li>Lifts and carries an adult safely via the stretcher with assistance. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures the DCAS office is fully stocked and maintained clean. <\/li>\n<li>Directs and supports DCAS and other ambulance service providers arriving at the hospital\u2019s Ambulance receiving area. <\/li>\n<li>Assists emergency patients arriving outside the Emergency Department. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains a safe working environment by complying with DCAS standards. <\/li>\n<li>Performs daily mechanical checks and schedules vehicle servicing as per manufacturer guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Remains calm under difficult circumstances and handles interruptions effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Assists the Emergency Department team as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Performs additional duties as required. <\/li>\n<li>Participates in on-call duties and responds after hours. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent. <\/li>\n<li>Licensed as an Ambulance Driver with Dubai Corporation of Ambulance Service (DCAS). <\/li>\n<li>Valid UAE Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driving License. <\/li>\n<li>Heart Saver First Aid certification with CPR, AED, and BLS. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Licensed Ambulance Driver with DCAS. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a pre-hospital or hospital environment preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; basic spoken Arabic is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical terminologies. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in basic computer programs. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. <\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills \u2014 using logic and reasoning to evaluate situations. <\/li>\n<li>Selective attention \u2014 maintaining focus over time without distraction. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and adaptability in various situations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>American Hospital Dubai is committed to helping its staff realize their full potential and setting benchmarks in medical care excellence.
