Job description: <\/b> <\/p>\n

  1. Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. <\/li>\n
  2. Notify Vet Team of patients’ arrival and inquiries. <\/li>\n
  3. Maintains telecommunications system. <\/li>\n
  4. Follow procedures, monitoring logbook and appointment agenda. <\/li>\n
  5. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. <\/li>\n
  6. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. <\/li>\n
  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. <\/li>\n
  8. Assists in setting up a new client. <\/li>\n
  9. Maintains financial database records. <\/li>\n
  10. Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary. <\/li>\n
  11. Answers phone calls, customer questions and books & confirms customer appointments. <\/li>\n
  12. Engages in staff training. <\/li>\n
  13. Performs additional duties when required. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
