{"id":50027,"date":"2025-11-15T12:43:19","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/fatca-crs-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:43:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:19","slug":"fatca-crs-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/fatca-crs-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"FATCA CRS Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2482356<\/p>\n<p>An established fast-growing global brokerage firm based in the UAE, offering institutional access to U.S., GCC, and emerging markets. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with US broker\/dealers to obtain timely QI-relevant information, and engage with third parties to generate accurate and timely reports that meet the IRS&#8217;s reporting requirements (eg, 1042-S and 1042) <\/li>\n<li>Review FATCA-related onboarding documentation (eg, W8) to ensure that clients and counterparties are accurately classified from a FATCA perspective, including distinguishing between treaty\/non-treaty and disclosed\/non-disclosed clients trading through intermediaries <\/li>\n<li>Design QI compliance and reporting workflows to address the above <\/li>\n<li>Provide FATCA-related support to Relationship Managers and Clients as required <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the implementation of technology required to automate QI-related processes, to comply with QI&#8217;s data requirements, and to automate the filing of IRS reports (eg, 1042-S and 1042) <\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic reviews of QI requirements, system data capture and processing and QI reporting, and provide recommendations for improvement <\/li>\n<li>Monitor QI compliance and adherence to requirements set out in the respective agreements and report to management on a periodic basis. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in QI audits (required every 3 years) performed by an independent third-party auditor, and ensure resolution of observations within agreed timelines <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of the US QI regime as applicable to overseas financial firms trading into US exchanges under an Omnibus (nominee) or fully disclosed trading arrangement <\/li>\n<li>Understanding tax requirements under FATCA and withholding taxes levied on incomes in US for different jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with online brokerage services into global financial instruments for underlying clients (B2B2C) would be advantageous <\/li>\n<li>Min 5 years&#8217;
