A skilled and detail-oriented MySQL and Windows Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our database systems and Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of both platforms while supporting development and operational teams. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Perform regular database backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
\u2022 Monitor and optimize query performance and database resource utilization.
\u2022 Manage user access, permissions, and database security.
\u2022 Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
\u2022 Apply security patches, update, and perform system upgrades.
\u2022 Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
\u2022 Handle server backups, disaster recovery, and incident response. <\/p>\n
\u2022 3+ years of experience in MySQL database administration.
\u2022 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments.
\u2022 Proficiency with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
\u2022 Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong attention to detail.
\u2022 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\u2022 Commitment to security best practices. <\/p>\n
