We exist to make circularity better than shopping new &#8211; with a brand that blends emotional connection, aspirational fashion, and cutting-edge tech. <\/p>\n<h3>We are looking for <\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a Fashion Manager to lead and grow our direct brand relationships &#8211; acting as the link between Endless and the incredible brands and designers we have direct partnerships with. <\/p>\n<p>This is a dynamic, commercially-focused role at the heart of our marketplace model. You\u2019ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing our brand partners &#8211; ranging from sought-after female founded local brands, premium high-street names to premium and luxury labels. You&#8217;ll work closely with each partner to ensure their collections thrive on our platform, building smart, mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth and long-term value. <\/p>\n<p>This is not a traditional buying role &#8211; we don\u2019t buy stock. But experience in buying, merchandising, sales or brand management is a major plus, particularly if you\u2019ve already built relationships within the industry. <\/p>\n<h3>You are <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Extremely hardworking, driven and resilient <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial by nature and ahead of the curve <\/li>\n<li>Ambitious, curious and excited to learn <\/li>\n<li>Conscientious and work to a very high standard <\/li>\n<li>Kind and operate with positive energy <\/li>\n<li>Based in the UAE <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years experience in a relevant role &#8211; buying, merchandising, brand partnerships, or sales (marketplace experience is a bonus) <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial instinct with a creative eye for curation <\/li>\n<li>Existing relationships with contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion brands &#8211; or the tenacity to build them <\/li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving start-up environment <\/li>\n<li>Confidence managing multiple brand accounts with care, rigour and energy <\/li>\n<li>Belief in the future of circular fashion and want to be part of that change <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You will <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and grow our direct brand partnerships strategy, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing account management <\/li>\n<li>Identify relevant brands that align with our platform and values, and bring them onto Endless in a seamless and collaborative way <\/li>\n<li>Act as the key point of contact for all partner brands &#8211;
