least 3 large-scale implementations, including a minimum of 1 in the real estate vertical. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as SPOC for Sales and\/or Service Cloud. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Technical team for system enhancements. <\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain functional documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the technical team in understanding business requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in making key solution and design decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct SITs and UATs with the business. <\/li>\n<li>Log work hours and work hour utilization using JIRA. <\/li>\n<li>Design integrations between Salesforce and other applications, specifically Oracle Fusion, for development by the tech team. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, testers, and business partners. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, benefits, and limitations. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and review functional specifications to define architecture options and recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in direct customer interaction. <\/li>\n<li>Deep product knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, including integration with third-party systems. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in Salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, roles, profiles, OWD, sharing rules, sandbox creation, and package management. <\/li>\n<li>Awareness of Salesforce value additions and limitations. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with iOS application integration with Salesforce is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Experience across the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Data Loader and Import Wizard for data migration. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Drawloop and DocuSign is advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Real Estate domain is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Salesforce customizations like layouts, FLS,
