Development Coordinator will be responsible for working with the team to coordinate and administer learning and development requirements for all Middle East employees. <\/p>\n<h3>Typical Duties Will Include <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and respond to general Learning &#038; Development related queries, including managing the Learning &#038; Development inbox. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the Learning &#038; Development team in the development of the annual training calendar and programme of activities. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of Learning &#038; Development related reports. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate data recording including: <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>General administration and maintaining records of External Training Request forms. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate training and attendance records, including training feedback forms. <\/li>\n<li>Tracking employee training completion. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the coordination of training courses and programmes, including: <\/li>\n<li>Calendar of activities <\/li>\n<li>Book training rooms <\/li>\n<li>Arrange refreshments <\/li>\n<li>Send diary invites <\/li>\n<li>Distribute training materials <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and record attendance <\/li>\n<li>Monitor feedback to ensure there is a return on investment. <\/li>\n<li>Update overall training schedule <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in ad hoc projects related to learning &#038; development in the Middle East region. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor completion rates of performance reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor completion rates for internal mandatory training. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential. <\/li>\n<li>Professional memberships with CIPD or SHRM are advantageous but not essential. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills, Knowledge And Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 Years&#8217;
