{"id":50126,"date":"2025-11-15T12:43:40","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/events-executive-dubai\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:43:40","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:40","slug":"events-executive-dubai","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/events-executive-dubai\/","title":{"rendered":"Events Executive (Dubai)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2483985<\/p>\n<p>Motivate Media Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Events Executive <\/strong> to support the planning and execution of our premium events, including the <em>What\u2019s On Nightlife Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, <\/em> and more. <\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their events career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery \u2013 including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site support. <\/li>\n<li>Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating plans for award ceremonies and conferences. <\/li>\n<li>Support marketing campaigns in coordination with the events and brand teams. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with event set-up, registration, guest hospitality, and breakdown. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams on branding, sponsorship activations, and post-event reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative and project support to the Events Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20132 years of experience in event management or events marketing, in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus). <\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events. <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Flexible to work evenings or weekends based on event schedules. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Motivate Media Group is the region\u2019s leading multi-platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions &#038;
