The Site Supervisor will oversee site operations, ensure quality finishes, maintain timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams to deliver high-end commercial interiors. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise daily site activities and coordinate contractors, labor, and materials. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor workmanship, finishes, and fit-out details (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, fixtures). <\/li>\n<li>Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards on site. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain site cleanliness, material control, and minimize wastage. <\/li>\n<li>Track project progress, identify delays\/issues, and report to Project Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material supply. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with design and engineering teams for clarifications. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct inspections, snagging, and ensure handover readiness. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience as Site Supervisor in commercial interior fit-out projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing details. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of MEP coordination in fit-out projects. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We Offer <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary package (AED 7,000 \u2013 9,000 per month). <\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial interior projects. <\/li>\n<li>Supportive work environment with growth potential. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site Supervision (Interior Fit-Out) <\/li>\n<li>Commercial Project Execution <\/li>\n<li>Quality Control &#038;
