<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or related roles <\/li>\n<li>Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in a cloud\/SaaS environment <\/li>\n<li>Effective communication with customers and internal teams <\/li>\n<li>A customer-obsessed attitude with a proactive approach to resolving issues quickly <\/li>\n<li>Updating knowledge bases with recurring issues to improve support efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback to enhance customer experience and processes <\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learn <\/li>\n<li>Clear communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Information Security concepts and best practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React <\/li>\n<li>Linux\/Unix OS and REST API <\/li>\n<li>Database experience: SQL\/Oracle <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, or Elasticsearch is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Customer-facing support\/support integration experience <\/li>\n<li>2+ years as a Developer Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in cloud\/SaaS environments <\/li>\n<li>2+ years
