The role will focus on identifying training and development needs within the business through the appraisal process and regular consultation with key stakeholders.<br \/><strong>ROLE PROFILE<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct new hire orientation sessions, and plan, organize and direct new employee training. <\/li>\n<li>Customizing content and design training modules focused on defined competencies. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Line managers. <\/li>\n<li>Update course content as directed by Training Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Design and assess the training program soft skills and culture trainings. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliver training sessions on technical, functional and behavioral subjects. <\/li>\n<li>Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with leadership, managers and relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related area and\/or equivalent experience. <\/li>\n<li>2- 3 years of experience in L&#038;D, preferably in Leisure, Entertainment or Hospitality. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English and Arabic language preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the training process. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we\u2019re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
