{"id":50184,"date":"2025-11-15T12:43:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/talent-executive-dubai\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:43:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:43:52","slug":"talent-executive-dubai","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/talent-executive-dubai\/","title":{"rendered":"Talent Executive (Dubai)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2485399<\/p>\n<p>Motivate Media Group is looking for a dynamic and people-savvy <strong>Talent Executive <\/strong> to support the coordination and management of talent across our portfolio of events, content shoots, brand partnerships, and media campaigns. <\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for media, influencer relations, and event production \u2014 and who can juggle logistics, schedules, and relationships with professionalism and flair. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and liaise with celebrities, influencers, speakers, and special guests for events and media collaborations. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate talent logistics including bookings, contracts, travel, accommodation, and on-site requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, managers, and PR representatives. <\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure delivery of their projects to maintain repeat projects. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in negotiating talent fees and deliverables in line with event or campaign budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date databases of talent and ensure timely communication before and after engagements. <\/li>\n<li>Support in creating talent briefs, itineraries, and call sheets for internal teams and talent. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Events, Editorial, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand professionally while hosting or managing talent during events or shoots. <\/li>\n<li>Create and upload content across the website and social platforms <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance to management. <\/li>\n<li>At event talent lead and cover the event on social for all Motivate Events. <\/li>\n<li>Hit sales targets for projects, artists sign-ups and live ticketed events. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in talent management or entertainments company in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities, especially under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle VIP talent with discretion and professionalism. <\/li>\n<li>Produce and write content for the website <\/li>\n<li>Produce and post content across all social channels <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is essential;
