The ADNOC-Approved HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, monitoring site activities, and conducting safety audits. <\/p>\n

  1. Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001). <\/li>\n
  2. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices. <\/li>\n
  3. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities like confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights. <\/li>\n
  4. Ensure workers use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. <\/li>\n
  5. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID) before work begins. <\/li>\n
  6. Develop and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent future incidents. <\/li>\n
  7. Monitor H2S safety procedures and enforce gas testing in hazardous areas. <\/li>\n
  8. Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBTs), safety drills, and emergency response training. <\/li>\n
  9. Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and Confined Space Entry procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications & Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
    ADNOC HSE Approval Certificate (Mandatory)
    Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas (onshore\/offshore)
    Knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, OSHA, ISO 45001, and UAE labor laws
    Experience with PTW, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety training. <\/p>\n
