The ideal candidates will have a portfolio that demonstrates creative design flair. The role will involve 3D digital design development and given the company\u2019s design process, possessing experience and a keen willingness to progress quickly in Rhino and Sketchup is essential. <\/p>\n<h3>Primary Activities <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Work closely with senior designers to develop the design from concept to schematic, and detail design development for the allocated project(s). <\/li>\n<li>Develop the design and presentation materials by sketching and 3D modelling to Cracknell expected standards and in line with our clients\u2019 requirements and satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the graphics artist team on the production of CGI presentation materials for the allocated project(s). <\/li>\n<li>Have a good understanding to effectively develop the project details and work closely with the BIM and CAD team for detailed design works and technical drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the internal design process, and documentation by interacting with other disciplines, e.g., Architects, Graphic Artists, Designers, Engineers, Lighting designers and Horticulturists, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Apply professional knowledge and experience to design landscape architecture projects of varying levels of complexity. <\/li>\n<li>Use professional knowledge combined with artistic and creative abilities to create functional, sustainable and manageable landscapes designs. <\/li>\n<li>Develop technical communication including technical drawings and documentation, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts and tender documents. <\/li>\n<li>A high proficiency in software skills including use of AutoCAD, 3D modelling, Lumion, Photoshop and InDesign. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding and experience in using BIM related technologies (such as REVIT) in Landscape Architecture would be a significant advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Position Requirements: <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>University Degree \u2013 Bachelors \u2013 in landscape architecture or architecture <\/li>\n<li>CMLI or equivalent (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years work experience on sizeable landscape design projects <\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in spoken and written English <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All applications should be submitted by filling the form: <\/p>\n<p>(please state the level e.g. BA Hons Landscape Architecture) <\/p>\n<p>Do you possess experience working in this position or a similar position?<br \/>No Yes <\/p>\n<p>What is your notice period? *<br \/>Available immediately 1 month more than 1 month <\/p>\n<p>Additional information (add a cover letter or anything you want to share) <\/p>\n<p>I agree to Cracknell Terms and Conditions and consent to my information being stored for the above purpose.
