{"id":50254,"date":"2025-11-15T12:44:05","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-officer-settlement-reconciliation\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:44:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:44:06","slug":"senior-officer-settlement-reconciliation","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-officer-settlement-reconciliation\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Officer &#8211; Settlement &#038; Reconciliation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2486517<\/p>\n<p>United Arab Emirates <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<p>Role : <strong>Senior Officer &#8211; Settlement &#038; Reconciliation <\/strong><br \/>Location : Abu Dhabi<br \/><strong>Role Purpose: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage All financial transactions related to credit &#038; debit cards , handling the settlement and reconciliation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Accountabilities of the role <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review Visa Fees Reconciliation report for Covered Cards and Debit Cards. <\/li>\n<li>Perform QA offshore Settlement Recon Department samples and ensure activities done correctly in QC sampling. <\/li>\n<li>processing Payment files and EOD in prime system. <\/li>\n<li>Review and prepare Cards Settlement department Dashboard report. <\/li>\n<li>Perform QC reconciliationGeneral Ledger Accounts related to the Card settlement Department activities. <\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Visa Monthly and Quarterly Fees JV and ensure all fees booked properly for all GL accounts and Stakeholders accounts. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare Monthly MIS reporting and cards usages for Covered Cards and debit cards &#038; Prepaid Cards. <\/li>\n<li>Perform quarterly Visa and Master Cards Scheme reporting and ensure submission done properly. <\/li>\n<li>Work with Cards center Team on new project\u2019s and system enhancement to STP process. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise Settlement Department team support them to achieve their targeted goals and activities. <\/li>\n<li>Daily Follow up with Offshore Team on different Job Task\u2019s like JV\u2019s Submission, Visa files processing in Genius, update new SRE\u2019s to JV\u2019s, update Monthly JV. <\/li>\n<li>Daily reporting Settlement Advice for Visa international usage and insure it\u2019s been submitted to Vendor by STP process through FTS. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily communication with Business Team. <\/li>\n<li>Back up activity for the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESULTS REQUIERD: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and verify daily QC settlement activities Processing of VISA\/MasterCard by performing daily QA for Settlement department. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily Visa Fees reconciliation completion and ensure reconciliation done properly. <\/li>\n<li>Submitting Visa and Master Cards Quarterly reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Submitting Quarterly Central Bank reporting to FCD. <\/li>\n<li>Review and send Visa and Master Monthly and Quarterly fees JV booking to Offshore Settlement Dept. and ensure posting JV done before end of month. <\/li>\n<li>Compliance of policies &#038; procedures \u2013 Comply and perform Key operational controls as required in ADIB\u2019s polices &#038; procedures in day-to-day operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specialist Skills \/ Technical Knowledge Required for this role: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations &#038; risks <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authorities <\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of customer service standards <\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Bank\u2019s Credit Card Issuance Policy &#038; Procedures <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of VISA and MasterCard Products \u2013 Transactions &#038; Settlements <\/li>\n<li>Good Communication Skills <\/li>\n<li>Management Information Skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Info <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Identification 3269 <\/li>\n<li>Posting Date 06\/19\/2025, 10:22 AM <\/li>\n<li>Apply Before 07\/17\/2025, 10:22 AM <\/li>\n<li>Locations Abu Dhabi, Bani Yas, Shk.
