Based in Dubai, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our business pipeline, driving strategic partnerships, and positioning SUTSNAX Automotive as a leader in its space. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term relationships that convert into profitable opportunities. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities of Manager \u2013 Sales &#038; Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies for accessories, interior &#038; exterior parts, aesthetics &#038; customization. <\/li>\n<li>Identify market opportunities &#038; generate leads. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with OEMs and B2B clients across GCC &#038; India. <\/li>\n<li>Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasting. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (India-based DGM, design, engineering, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Attend trade shows and client events. <\/li>\n<li>Lead a sales team, set targets, and ensure delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications Required for Manager \u2013 Sales &#038; Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7-10 years of work experience in automotive parts\/accessories sales or BD. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred); MBA is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in B2B\/OEM sales. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, follow-up, and CRM skills. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with extensive regional travel. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Company Bio <\/h3>\n<p>SUTSNAX Automotive is a forward-thinking company at the intersection of mobility and innovation.
