We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled L1 NOC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our clients’ IT infrastructure. As the first point of contact in the Network Operations Center (NOC), the L1 Engineer will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and escalate issues as needed. Manage Connectivity, Broadband, L2\/ L3 VPN, MPLS
Hands-on with Cisco, SDWAN, Huawei, H3C
Solid understanding of TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Jira
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls <\/p>\n
2\u20135 years in network operations or IT support
Preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, cloud monitoring (AWS\/Azure)
Willingness to work 24\/7 rotational shifts <\/p>\n
