Dicetek LLC is seeking a Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing and enhancing the OpenShift container platform and supporting cloud-native applications. As a key team member, you\u2019ll drive platform stability, scalability, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize DevOps practices. <\/p>\n
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade OpenShift container platforms.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI\/CD pipelines.
Monitor platform health and troubleshoot performance issues.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure platform resilience and compliance.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, networking, and storage integrations.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and documentation to ensure platform best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend platform improvements. <\/p>\n
5+ years of experience managing OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters in enterprise environments.
Expertise in managing multi-tenant OpenShift and ROSA environments.
Hands-on experience with Operators, workload segregation, and scaling strategies.
Proficiency with automation tools (Ansible) and monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus).
In-depth knowledge of access and authorization management using LDAP and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
Experience with container registry management, including GitHub and Quay.
Strong knowledge of performance monitoring, capacity management, and audit logging.
Familiarity with IBM CloudPak for Integration\/Application is a plus.
Experience with CI\/CD tools and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. <\/p>\n
