They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects. <\/p>\n<p><b>Sailpoint Identity IQ <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing end to end of SailPoint Access Governance and Management. <\/li>\n<li>Managing User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint Identity. <\/li>\n<li>Managing SailPoint deployment activities &#8211; connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration. <\/li>\n<li>Establish standards, designs and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls, which help improve operations and lower risk. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to manage Administration functionality of the SailPoint such as loading data, create roles, create policies, scheduling tasks and certifications and reports. <\/li>\n<li>Execute day to day application maintenance &#038; monitoring of Sailpoint infrastructure and functions. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Records for SLA Breaches, Incoming numbers of Incidents\/ Service Requests, Outstanding tickets and revoked tickets for monthly basis. <\/li>\n<li>Managing the errors through pending tasks and resolve them. <\/li>\n<li>Performed Operational tasks which included executing and scheduling Aggregations and Tasks, enabling\/disabling user IDs, password management, creating\/scheduling custom reports etc. <\/li>\n<li>Handling SOD Policy creation, workgroup creations, creating Entitlements, AD groups, Business\/IT roles. <\/li>\n<li>Support on live deployment on production environment during releases. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in requirements gathering and use case development; <\/li>\n<li>Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing; <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions; <\/li>\n<li>Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation; <\/li>\n<li>Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards; <\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team; <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; <\/li>\n<li>Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs test cases, test plans and support process; <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with J2EE \/ Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ForgeRock <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end to end of ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform. <\/li>\n<li>Deployment, management &#038; maintenance of ForgeRock platform including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenIG and OpenDJ. <\/li>\n<li>Development, production support and upgrade activities for ForgeRock application. <\/li>\n<li>Execute day to day application maintenance &#038; monitoring of ForgeRock infrastructure and functions. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to manage administration functionality of the ForgeRock. <\/li>\n<li>Manage Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk-based authentication across. <\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Manage ForgeRock integration with SaaS application like Azure, M365, D365 etc. <\/li>\n<li>Manage ForgeRock integration with COTS and non-COTS applications. <\/li>\n<li>Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards; <\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team; <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; <\/li>\n<li>Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs test cases, test plans and support process; <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with J2EE \/ Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic. <\/li>\n<li>Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity management) system for On-time provisioning \/ de-provisioning. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with LDAP directories like OpenDJ. <\/li>\n<li>Should have good developer skills &#8211;
